In Hues Boutique Hotel in Dubai, we designed and installed seven separate kitchens for different uses and cuisines, including Arabic, Russian, Indian and International. And that includes everything from A-Z, from preparation and washing areas and onto cold rooms, large ice making machines, buffet counters and other front-of-house equipment.

There are currently just over 430 hotels operating or near completion in Dubai, with up to 197 additional hotels to be built – that’s almost 40 a year! These will range from large luxury hotels with kitchens that produce hundreds of covers per day through to small budget hotels that may only house a cafe. Whatever the requirement, though, Al Halabi will be happy to provide a full project management service from the initial enquiry through to completion and onto service and maintenance.
