Dubai Creek Harbour, which is a staggering three times the size of downtown Dubai, will comprise over 3600 office units, 8 million square feet of retail space, 39,000 residential units, and 22 hotels.

Opening in October 2016, Dubai Park and Resorts’ three theme parks, Motiongate Dubai, Bollywood Parks, and Legoland Dubai, will become a huge attraction for the young at heart.

Other new major developments include Deira Island, MBR City – District One, Dubai Water Canal, and Al Mamzar Beachfront. And each and every one of these projects will require catering outlets – everything from fine dining through to pizza parlours and sandwich shops. And if you can’t wait to start welcoming your customers through the door, why not look at the many catering opportunities available at The Avenue, Phase 2, City Walk, which, with a vast number of offices and residential units, is almost complete.
