‘Burgers in the Desert’

How do you pay homage to something you love? You make a themed restaurant out of it! And that’s exactly what has happened at Moto Burger, where car enthusiasts have been flocking to enjoy some of the finest food in Dubai, surrounded by motors, tyres, number plates and other motoring paraphernalia. There is even a ‘graffiti wall’ that helps to create an ambience that all true ‘petrol-heads’ can’t help but fall in love with.

Second ParagraphIn addition to the meticulous consideration paid to décor, diners at Moto Burger will tell you that an equal, if not greater, attention to detail is paid to the food. Burgers are the main draw, with tempting combinations of fresh toppings, gourmet sauces, and top-quality breads.

Third ParagraphIt certainly isn’t ‘fast-food’ either, as the restaurant’s owner Mrs Reem points out: “We are not a fast-food joint; we offer gourmet burgers that are a cut above most. Indeed, using a special recipe and the highest quality ingredients, we believe we have created a culinary sensation. And it seems as if our customers agree, for although we have only been open for two months we are already seeing more than a few regular faces.”

The burgers are extraordinary, and so are the sides that go with it, including Moto Burger’s signature fries with herbs. In fact, whatever you order, we can guarantee that it will set your taste buds tingling, and because everything is motor-themed it’s an awful lot of fun too.

The restaurant, which has covers for around 30 diners inside and an additional 15 outside, has gone to a lot of trouble to ensure that the whole dining experience is not only special, but distinctive. One of the most important aspects for achieving this, of course, was ensuring that the kitchen is the very best it can be. So naturally, they called Al Halabi! “Yes, Al Halabi did the whole kitchen for us and we are very pleased. It is well-made, well-designed and has been superbly installed. It is the heart of our business. We would definitely used Al Halabi again.”

last paragraphHaving opened in December 2015, Moto Burger has only a few miles on the clock, but its fantastic food, amazing decor and unusual location – in Al Madam, Sharjah, on the edge of the desert – makes it one of the most unique restaurants in the whole of the U.A.E. Go take a look for yourself – you’ll be made very welcome!
